Assistant Business Administrator
Friendly, professional Administrator to join our small Administration Team in supporting our Project and Management Teams.
LOCATION: Peveril Decorators Ltd, Haydock Park Road, Osmaston Park Ind. Est., Derby
START DATE: As soon as available SALARY: Competitive
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a friendly, professional Administrator to join our small Adminstration Team in supporting our Project and Management Teams. Working directly for the Office Manager the main duties of the role:
Meet and greet visitors to the offices and taking incoming calls
Sort incoming mail and action / distribute as required
Processing paint orders for the Company and ordering of hired tools and plant
Answer any queries regarding orders from suppliers
Produce O&M's for completed projects
Sign off invoices against order placed and action any queries directly with the Supplier
Filing of all orders
Any other duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
QUALIFICATIONS / PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The key skills and experience required:
NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent office experience
Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Good organisational and timekeeping skills
Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy of administration
Excellent interpersonal skills
Applicants should have an eagerness and enthusiasm to work in Adminstration and preferably from the Construction Industry.
