Spencer yard comprised of 3 different buildings with the ceilings adding a layer of complexity. With the high angles, uneven surfaces and detail, every stroke demanded patience and precision to the coffered ceilings. Creative solutions and working overhead for long stretches tested both attention to detail and endurance, but the end result brought a fresh, polished look that made the effort worth while.
